Applications will be accepted starting April 1, 2021, and the deadline is May 15, 2021.
Applications must be returned to the District Office by May 15, 2021, and MUST INCLUDE two proofs of residency. A separate application must be filled out for each student applying for open enrollment. Please mail your application(s) with your two proofs of residency to:

Or drop them off at the Westfall District Office Monday-Friday from 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.
Decisions on open enrollment acceptance will be made as quickly as possible after May 15, 2021, and families will be notified in a timely manner of their status for the 2021-2022 school year.
